Can I change my order?

Orders are able to be changed within 2 hours only of when you placed the order. To do this please email us at: thewildeones@outlook.com.au or contact us via direct message on Instagram @the_wilde_ones_

 How do I return something?

Can I exchange my item for a different size?

We only offer exchanges (no refunds) for different sizes. To exchange your product please email us at thewildeones@outlook.com.au or direct message us on Instagram. We will happily exchange the item for a different size but shipping will need to be paid for by the customer.  For more information please see our Returns and Refunds page on our website.

How do I use a discount code?

When you have reached the checkout stage, please enter your discount code into our discount bar and click 'Apply'. If the code is valid, your discount will be applied.

Please note, only one discount code is redeemable per order. We also do not offer refunds or exchanges on items purchased with discount codes.

What do I do if my item is faulty?

We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. However, if you have received an item with a manufacturing fault, we will help resolve the problem as fast as possible. Please help us by providing photo evidence attached in an email to us at: thewildeones@outlook.com.au.  For more information please see our Returns and Refunds page on our website.
 

What happens if my parcel is lost or doesn’t arrive?

Once your parcels have left our warehouse they are then the property of Australia Post. We are not legally responsible for lost or damaged goods. However if your parcel does not reach you within our delivery time, please contact us.

How can I pay for my purchases?

We offer VISA, MASTERCARD or PAYPAL as payment options. 

Garment Care/Washing Instructions?

For all items please always use the ‘cold hand wash’ option to avoid any damage in the garments fabric. If your garment is damaged because it was washed incorrectly we are unable to accept this back as a return.
